This Privacy Policy explains what information DS10E Live collects and how we use it. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service.

Information we collect

• Account: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Purchases: a record of what you bought and your access window. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we receive a confirmation, not your full card number.
• Usage: basic viewing analytics (e.g. which streams are watched, approximate city-level location from IP) to operate and improve the Service.
• Device storage: we use your browser’s local storage (not cookies) to remember your free-preview time per channel.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, deliver purchased content, process payments, send verification and account emails, and understand and improve how the Service is used.

Email

We send transactional emails (verification and password-reset codes, purchase confirmations) via our email provider. If you opt in, a Network you follow may also send you updates; you can opt out at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (e.g. payment processing, email delivery, content delivery) and where required by law.

Children & families

DS10E Live serves youth sports. Accounts are intended for parents, guardians, and adult community members. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.

Retention & your choices

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may request access to or deletion of your account information by contacting us.
