Welcome to DS10E Live. By creating an account or using our live and on-demand video services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove access for conduct that violates these Terms.

2. Purchases & access

Some content is pay-per-view. When you purchase access, you receive a time-limited entitlement to view the specified live and/or on-demand content. Prices, access windows, and what a purchase includes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

3. Personal use of content

Video and clips are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, rebroadcast, or public display without the consent of the facility or Network that owns the content is not permitted.

4. A family-friendly community

DS10E Live serves youth sports and their families. We do not permit inappropriate team, player, or album names, or content that is abusive, harassing, or unsafe. We monitor activity and reserve the right to remove content or access that does not adhere to our community standards.

5. Prohibited uses

You agree not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service, scrape or resell content, circumvent access controls or paywalls, or use the Service to infringe others’ rights.

6. Intellectual property

Content is owned by DS10E, the broadcasting Networks, or their licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of that content.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” Live streams depend on cameras, networks, and third-party providers and may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, DS10E is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
